UK Genie distributor Workplatform has relocated to a bigger, modern premises of nearly 3000 square metres.

The move to Castle Donnington from its former location further east, near Derby, is designed to best meet customer requirements.

The £3 million ($3.9 million) facility allows the company to stock more products, offer a wider selection of new and used Genie models with increased capacity for the aftersales department. It also represents an evolution in training services for the company which is now a certified IPAF training centre.

“Our customers are welcome anytime, our door is always open and the coffee pot is always on,” said Jonathan Hull, Workplatform.

John Chandler, UK sales manager for Genie, added, “Jonathan’s business has been growing consistently over the eight years of trading. This new site demonstrates how the business has evolved in to one of the UK’s leading access platform suppliers.”
