Wound up cables

Sturge cable and hose reels are now available from Metool Products in the UK. The reels can be used in a range of electrical and power applications, including inflammable and other hazardous environments where EX certification is required. Typical applications include electric hoists, overhead cranes and mobile control systems, inspection lighting and portable power tools. Sturge cable reels can also be specified for low current standard cable requirements in non-hazardous environments and where space is limited or the payout length is shorter. There are four different sizes, all of the closed type, handling up to 14 m of cable.
