One of the hardest machines to miss at Bauma China will be Zoomlion's new 1000 tonne capacity crawler crane, the QUY 1000. Offering a maximum lifting height of 195 m and more than 80 sensors and safety systems, the machine comes with a variety of standard and super lift options.

The crane features a modular design, making it easy to transport, assemble and disassemble, and is design for heavy lifting applications like power plant construction. Zoomlion says the load chart is such that the QUY1000 can lift a 650 tonne load at a 22 m radius.

Also new from the company, but perhaps in danger of being dwarfed on the stand is a 55 tonne capacity rough terrain crane, the RTC55.
