Mike Disser, a former NES Rentals executive in the US, has formed a marketing consultancy business and is targeting the rental sector as well as other businesses.

Mr Disser, who was vice president of marketing at NES Rentals before leaving the company earlier this year, has created MAD Marketing to offer services in traditional and contemporary marketing techniques, including digital and social media, strategy and business development, branding, and marketing intelligence.

"It has been a life-long dream of mine to start a company that showcases my passion for marketing and for helping companies stand out among their competitors," said Mr Disser, who has 30 years of marketing experience in retail, clothing and rental industries.

"It is one of my goals to help my clients blend traditional marketing tools and strategies with new channels and technologies such as social and digital media", he said.
