Jose Agustin Aguerre, the Inter-American Development Bank's country manager, response group, Haiti explains how after the recent earthquake, the IDB continues funding construction of the roads that connect Port-au-Prince with the rest of the country, as well as planning improvements for the national airport and seaports.
