Leighton Asia - Wynn Encore, Macau

Wynn Resorts awarded Leighton Asia in joint venture with China State Construction Engineering an AUS 587 million (US$ 523 million) design and build a second fully integrated resort hotel in Macau, the 42 storey Wynn Encore. Wynn Encore, which includes a five level podium, will comprise of a new hotel tower with its own casino, restaurants, luxury villas and suites, retail and entertainment facilities. The project started in June 2007 and is scheduled for completion in March 2010.
