Rugeley Power Station demolished

United Kingdom-based contractor Brown and Mason has completed the demolition of four cooling towers at the former Rugeley power station site in the English midlands.

The company tweeted: “Months of hard work and meticulous planning result in the safe and successful demolition of the four cooling towers at Rugeley power station.

“A massive thank you to everyone involved for all their hard work and dedication.”

French energy company plans to build more than 2,000 homes and a school on the site.
