IPAF: Only dummies don't wear harnesses on booms

IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and AWPT (Aerial Work Platform Training) made a statement at last year's ConExpo with this live demonstration on how wearing safety harnesses while operating booms can save lives and prevent catapulting injuries. IPAF will be spreading the safety message at Intermat too.
