John Holland is the managing contractor at the AUS 223 million (US$ million) Melbourne Airport tasked with delivering two expansion projects under the Strategic Terminal Expansion Program for Australia Airports (Melbourne). The major expansion projects to Melbourne’s existing International Terminal include: five new aircraft gates; a new international baggage processing system, and a new outbound passenger and retail precinct. The project started in December 2007 and is scheduled to finish in December 20111.
