Planning permission has been granted for a new transport hub to be built in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Designed by John McAslan & Partners, the transport-led regeneration project is estimated to cost £208 million (€243 million). It will take five years to complete.

Located close to Belfast’s current Europa Bus Station, the hub will eventually replace the existing station and provide travel to the whole of Northern Ireland. Translink runs Northern Ireland’s railway, bus and metro services.
