JLG starts 1230ES production in US

JLG's 1230ES vertical mast lift is now produced in Bedford, PA. The unit, which was introduced in February 2007 at the Rental Show, is also manufactured at JLG's plant in Tonneins, France.
JLG was not prepared to give current production numbers at Tonneins nor to speculate as to the number of 1230ES machines which will be produced in Bedford, however, Bill Dovey, JLG's product champion – scissors, did say that production of the mast lift in the US was due to an increasing demand for the machine in that market.
