Contractor, Matteini Srl (Arezzo) has used a range of Dynapac equipment during repair work along Italy's SR71 state road.

The SR71 connects Arezzo and Florence in Tuscany, but work is currently focused on the section between Arezzo and Bibbiena.

The wearing and binder courses were milled in a single pass to a combined depth of 120 mm using the Dynapac PL 2000 LS planer, operating at its full 2 m operating width. The 80 mm binder course was repaved with a 0/20 mm asphalt mix and compaction was carried out using Dynapac CP 271, CC 522 HF and CG 233 HF rollers.
