US trailer specialist Talbert Manufacturing has introduced a new 40 Ton Lightweight Trailer aimed at its customers who need to remain below the 120,000 lb gross vehicle weight rating superload limit. The new trailer can be used to transport excavators, small to mid-size dozers and other construction equipment.

To carry excavators, Talbert can provide the trailer with a 22 inch deck height and 1.8 m (6ft) plated deck boom well to lower the overall height of the boom to ensure the load is a legal height. The trailer also features a new ratchet neck design that eliminates the need for changing adjustment blocks and allows the operator to adjust trailer ride height from one side.
