Takeuchi-US has introduced two new models to its excavator line-up. The new Takeuchi TB230 and TB240 compact excavators follow the recently introduced TB260.

Both models offer EPA Final Tier 4 compliant Yanmar engines and, according to the manufacturer, offer greater hydraulic performance, advanced multi-function electronic displays as well as spacious operator stations.

The TB230 has an operating weight of 3 tonnes and a bucket breakout force of 2.9 tonnes. The mini excavator’s operator station includes a multi-function monitor, function switches, electronic throttle control and precision pilot controls with a proportional slide switch to control auxiliary hydraulic functions.

The company has also added two compact wheeled loaders with the introduction of the TW65 Series 2 and TW80 Series 2.

Equipped with EPA Final Tier 4 engines, the new models are said to deliver increased performance, improved serviceability, and an enhanced operator cabin.

Both loaders offer dump heights of up to 2.6 m. The TW65 Series 2 has an operating weight of 5.15 tonnes while the larger TW80 Series 2 has an operating weight of 5.8 tonnes.
