Guest speaker announced for ERA Convention 2017

The ERA has announced that Dr Paul Redmond will be the guest speaker at this year’s ERA Convention in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Director of student life at the University of Manchester, Paul is a leading expert on generations and the graduate labour market. His work centres on the changing world of work and the challenges facing students, graduate recruiters and employers.

His research on generation y and the future of work has garnered him praise and respect from a huge range of national and international organisations, for which he consults about the influence of social and economic factors on employability.

With a wealth of experience in education and the job market, Paul is the ideal speaker to close this Convention focused on human resources and will convey inspiration and new ideas to the attendees before they go back to their organisations.

The twelfth ERA Convention will be held from 2 to 4 May in Amsterdam, at the RAI Convention Centre.

As every three years, the Convention will take place at the same time and venue as the International Rental Exhibiton (IRE), and APEX. The topic of the Convention will be ‘securing talent for the future.

ERA expects around 300 attendees, rental companies’ CEOs and Directors, equipment manufacturers and other service providers of the equipment rental business, mostly from Europe but also from other continents.
