Cargotec reorganises businesses

Helsinki, Finland-headquartered cargo handling solutions and services company Cargotec has announced a reorganisation of its businesses.

As of April 1, 2019, the company will comprise three strategic business units: Kalmar Mobile Solutions; Kalmar Automation Solutions; and Navis.

Cargotec says its financial reporting structure based on the Kalmar, Hiab and MacGregor business will remain unchanged.

The company has also announced Stefan Lampa as president of Kalmar Mobile Solutions and as a member of the Cargotec Executive Board. Antti Kaunonen, currently president of Kalmar, has been appointed president of Kalmar Automation Solutions. There are no changes in Hiab and MacGregor.
