Genesis Attachments has been bought by demolition equipment manufacturer NPK Construction Europe

NPK Construction Equipment (NPKCE), a subsidiary of Nippon Pneumatic (NPK Japan), has announced the purchase of Genesis Attachments, Genesis Holdings (Germany), and Genesis (Germany).

The construction and demolition equipment manufacturer said it was excited about the new partnership with the attachment equipment supplier. Genesis Attachments was founded in 1997 with Genesis forming in 2002 to act as the company’s European licensee and exclusive sales partner.

NPKCE said that it has not planned on making significant changes to Genesis’s business operations, as the company had been a market leader for many years. Instead NPKCE said it would focus on coming together with Genesis to continue improving the experience for dealers and end users around the world.

NPKCE said Genesis’s scrap processing, demolition and material handling attachments were well engineered, high quality products with an outstanding reputation. It added that the acquisition of Genesis would make both companies stronger.
