ERA Convention 2020: venue announced

After a successful 2019 convention in Madrid, the ERA is pleased to announce that the 2020 ERA Convention will take place in Maastricht, the Netherlands, on 10 and 11 June.

The two exhibitions, IRE (International Rental Exhibition) and APEX, will be held in the same venue from 9 to 11 June, and the European Rental Awards Ceremony will take place on 10 June.

All of the events will be hosted at the MECC exhibition centre in Maastricht, situated at the heart of Europe’s road and rail network. Free shuttle busses will run regularly between the MECC and Brussels and Dusseldorf international airports.

APEX used to be held at the MECC, until 2008. In 2011, APEX joined IRE and the ERA Convention in the RAI in Amsterdam. The MECC is also the place where the idea to create a European association of equipment rental companies was launched, in September 2005.
