GAM becomes Oil & Steel distributor

GAM has been appointed as the new Spanish distributor for Oil & Steel Aerial Platforms.
The rental company operates in 10 countries across four continents and has a fleet of over 16,000 machines.
Fabrizio Girotti, Oil & Steel general manager, said, “In selecting a commercial partner for the Iberian Peninsula it was essential to guarantee a post-sales service at excellent levels.
“GAM with its 70 service points, an excellent spare parts service and high technical and commercial competence places the focus on the customer as a fundamental asset.
GAM’s president Pedro Luis Fernández said the deal would allow it to offer a wider range of access platforms.
According to Oil & Steel, the rental company has already confirmed its first platform order, which includes the manufacturer’s Snake 189 articulating boom truck mount and its telescopic boom Scorpion 1812 boom aerial work platform.
