The co-optation will see Matzneff continue Lajous’ official term, which will expire in the second quarter of 2021 at the company’s Annual General Meeting.

A graduate of Paris Dauphine University and Bocconi University, Milan, Matzneff began her career in 2006 in mergers and acquisitions at CA-CIB, Crédit Agricole’s investment bank. In 2011, she joined Rothschild & Co, as a global financial advisor.

In 2018, Matzneff founded Leuwen, together with three former colleagues from Rothschild, which specialises in assisting start-ups and innovative small and medium-sized companies in their financing operations. Matzneff also teaches at Sciences Po Paris in financial modelling and fundraising.
