Spreader plate and crane mat specialist Outriggerpads has expanded its team.

Bernadette Rock has joined as field sales executive, working to develop new business and support existing accounts.

Bernadette previously worked in industrial recruitment, in a B2B role. At Outriggerpads, she will report to Charles Grizzle, business development manager. She is based out of headquarters in Telford, Shropshire, but will cover the whole of the UK and support international customers.

Charles said, “The expansion of the team reflects the growth of both our international customer base and our product range.

“Bernadette’s experience in industrial recruitment has given her a good working knowledge of our sector. More importantly, she is extremely proactive, focused and customer-oriented. She is already making a positive impact and is a great addition to our team.”

Outriggerpads supplies of high performance polyethylene spreader plates, outrigger pads and mats, with vertical load bearing capacities from 5 to 350 tonnes, for use with cranes, powered access platforms and other mobile plant such as concrete pumps.
