UK-based vehicle mount producer CPL has been accredited as an IPAF Training Centre.

As an IPAF Traning Centre, CPL, which is part of the France-based Klubb Group, will offer a comprehensive range of training courses, equipping operators and personnel with the skills and knowledge needed to safely and effectively operate powered access equipment. The courses will cover various aspects, including equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices in compliance with IPAF’s rigorous standards.

CPL’s lead tester, Stephen Gormley, has also passed all of the necessary accreditations to be the inhouse trainer.

Paul Murphy, managing director of CPL, said, “Becoming an IPAF Training Centre is a significant milestone for CPL. This accreditation underscores our unwavering commitment to prioritising safety and proficiency in the operation of powered access equipment. We are excited to contribute to the industry by providing top-notch training that aligns with IPAF’s global standards. I would also like to say well done to Stephen. He has shown dedication to CPL by passing all of his training with flying colours.”

The company will welcome participants to its IPAF training courses from early 2024.
