The first Multitel Pagliero MZ 350 hybrid articulated truck mounted platform sold in Italy made its way to industrial manufactuirng and rental company F.I.MEC, based in Ceccano, Frosinone.

The sale was secured through Multitel Pagliero dealer and service provider FIMI, which covers southern Italy and the islands.

Mounted on a 12 tonne Volvo FL 240 truck, the MZ 350 has a maximum working height of 35.30m. It is equipped with two double-extending telescopic sections, and at its maximum horizontal outreach of 20m the platform’s capacity is 80kg, rising to 200kg at 17.2m outreach and 360kg at 14.8m outreach.

The turret’s 450° continuous rotation, the self levelling platform with 90° + 90° rotation and the jib enable the operator to get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area.

Supplied in hybrid configuration, the platform was chosen fot its compactness in line with the urban and environmentally senstive applications of the company. Fitted with 210Ah lithium batteries, powering a 12kW electric motor, the unit can carry out a full day’s work.

All-electric mode can be selected, while the ‘standby saving’ system optimizes the full electric functions.
