欧盟项目将获4000亿欧元投资

欧洲投资银行（EIB）近日批准为欧盟成员国的基础设施和创新项目投资近4000亿欧元。
此举是在该行董事会议召开后做出的，并将引发欧洲战略投资基金（EFSI）的投资，该基金也被称为容克基金（Juncker Fund）。
预计所有28个成员国都将受益于此项投资，但据报道，希腊、爱沙尼亚、保加利亚、葡萄牙和拉脱维亚将获得最大份额。
欧盟委员会（European Commission）表示，近100万家初创企业也可能通过该基金受益于融资渠道的改善。
