AFI acquires Astra Training

Following the administration of Barnsley, UK-based Astra Training, AFI has acquired certain assets of the business.

AFI is retaining the Astra Training name and will be operating the brand under the AFI group of companies.

The range of training delivered by Astra Training includes IPAF, PASMA, and Ladder Association working at height courses, together with safety training and construction skills courses.

Astra Training’s customers will now have access to 20 AFI training centres across the UK, including open course venues at Wakefield, Birmingham, Liverpool and London, together with a hire fleet of approximately 5000 powered access machines.
