Portable accommodation rental company Adapteo has expanded its operations into Lithuania.

Adapteo Lithuania will position itself as a supplier of modular buildings in social and general infrastructure in the country, and nearby territories.

Jurij Vasiljev has been appointed CEO of Adapteo Lithuania and will build a team of sales and project managers on site.

During the past 17 years, he has been responsible for the rental of Cramo’s adaptable buildings in Lithuania, the Baltics and Kaliningrad.

Driving Adapteo’s growth
The focus is also on driving the company’s growth with solutions for infrastructure projects that will run for many years.

Several dialogues have already been initiated about new contracts within both preschools and schools as well as project offices, according to the firm.

Vasiljev said, “I am very proud to be a part of Adapteo. It is an ambitious, strong and flexible company when it comes to taking on challenges. Every single person is committed to making Adapteo the leading supplier of sustainable and high-quality adaptable buildings in the markets in which we operate.”

A private investment fund managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management made an offer to acquire all the shares of Adapteo in May, the latest in a wave of similar deals across the rental sector.
