Armin Rappen joins the Mateco board

Armin Rappen has been appointed to the executive board of Mateco AG. Mr Rappen will join the board from 1 March 2009 and will assume some of the responsibilities of the chairman Wolfgang Roth: including: sales, marketing, technology and purchasing.

Previously with MVS Zeppelin GmbH & CO. Kg, Mr Armin brings substantial industry knowledge and experience to the job.

The chairman of the board Wolfgang Roth will support Mr Rappen in a transitional phase on his jointing Mateco and will continue to lead the company
