The Giant mobile screen from Keestrack weighs in at 43.5 tonnes

Keestrack used the Matexpo trade show in early September to unveil its new Giant tracked screen. Weighing in at 43.5 tonnes, the Giant offers two screen decks, both 6 x 2 m (19.7 x 6.6 ft) to give a total screening area of 12 square metres (130 square feet) on each deck.

Keestrack claims a throughput of up to 600 tonnes per hour for the unit. Power comes from a diesel/electric drive and it is available with a hopper or infeed belt.

As an option, it is also available with a Binder BIVITEC flip flow screen box of 6 x 1.9 m (19.7 x 6.2 ft) to give a screening area of 11.4 square metres (123 square feet) on each deck.

According to Keestrack, the Giant was developed to screen difficult, sticky or wet materials in every fraction in any application.
