US-based Bisso Marine has added the D/B Bisso 350 derrick barge to its expanding fleet.

Built to service the offshore industry, the revolving D/B Bisso 350 will be used for salvage, offshore construction and diving operations. The vessel has three load blocks: 350 tonnes, 150 tonnes and 12 tonnes.

"The D/B Bisso 350 is a solid addition to our fleet, increasing our capabilities and expanding the level of our services," said W.A. Bisso IV, president and chief executive officer.

The vessel is eight-point moored and has dimensions of 76.2 x 23.8 x 5.5 m. It can accommodate 52 people. Formerly named Anna 4, it was purchased from Hapo International Barges of Rotterdam in the Netherlands and is class certified by Lloyd's Register.

The addition of the D/B Bisso 350 increases the Bisso Marine derrick barge fleet to six.
