Cat has added three new telehandler models to its range for the EAME region

Cat has added three new telehandlers to its Europe, Africa and Middle East product offering – the TH406, TH407 and TH414.

All three have a lift capacity of 3,700 kg (8,140). The TH406 has a lift height of 6.1 m (20 ft) and a forward reach of 3.1 m (10.2 ft). The TH407 has a longer reach – 7.3 m (24 ft) lift height and forward reach of 3.7 m (12.1 ft) – and the TH414 has the highest reach of the three – 13.7 m (44.9 ft) lift height and 9.2 m (30.2 ft) forward reach.

All three are powered by a Cat C4.4 turbocharged diesel producing 74.5 kW (100 hp) as standard, but the TH407 and TH414 are also available with a 93.1 kW (125 hp) version of the same engine as an option.

Cat says that load-sensing, flow sharing hydraulics deliver high digging and lift forces and allow all boom functions to be operated simultaneously and proportionally. A Z-bar linkage on both the TH406 and TH407 provide strong breakout forces when a bucket is being used.
