The Danish army has ordered four heavy haul trailers from Dutch trailer manufacturer Broshuis. The order came via Swedish commercial vehicle manufacturer Scania, with whom Broshuis has worked with in the past.

The ordered comprised: an eight-axle pendular axle semi low loader; a two-axle pendular axle low loader; a three-axle pendular axle low loader; and a three plus five-axle dolly low loader combination. All four trailers have Broshuis’ new PL2 pendular axle.

“It shows that the combination of this axle type and our trailers are of top quality,” commented Broshuis CEO Pieter-Bas Broshuis. “That just feels great and builds trust of our brand across the rest of the trailer industry. We simply want to deliver a product that will serve our customers for several decades. That is what Broshuis stands for. An order like this is a great confirmation of our philosophy.”
