Diversified launches new service crane basket

US manufacturer of utility products, Diversified Products has launched a new yoke-style fall arrest service crane basket, designed for accessing high-reach maintenance areas, especially on large equipment.

Diversified's baskets include a bracket for attaching to most available service crane trucks. The baskets are also offered with a new specialised carrier, which installs behind the truck in the receiver hitch, for storage and transportation.

Constructed of heavy-duty steel, the new basket measures 75 cm X 75 cm, while the inward-opening doors are designed to save space, promote easy entry and provide additional worker safety.

The service crane baskets come with lanyard attach points and a caliper brake to increase stability. Options include a step, a stand for installation on uneven ground or large cranes, and an upper basket enclosure.
