The LT110C has joined Metso's Lokotrack line-up

The new Lokotrack LT110C recently introduced by Metso Mineral is designed for primary crushing applications and weighs in at 58 tonnes. The new machine has been built around the Nordberg C110 jaw crusher that offers a feed opening of 1100 x 850 mm (43.5 x 33.5 in).

Two feed options are available. A combination of pan feeder and separate two-deck scalper can be used when large amounts of fines need to be scalped efficiently. The LT110C can be fitted with either a standard 6 m3 (212 ft3) or an optional 9 m3 (318 ft3), based on the feeding system used.

The new machine is powered by a Cat C13 diesel producing 310 kW (416 hp) and measures 15.6 m (51.2 ft) long, 3 m (9.9 ft) wide and 3.9 m (12.8 ft) tall.

It comes as standard with Metso's IC500 intelligent control system that monitors and optimises the crushing process to provide maximum throughput, as well as alerting operators to potential problems. The LT110C can be easily combined with any Lokotrack secondary and fine crushing plants and mobile screens to create complete mobile crushing and screening processes.
