Flextraction has launched the TEKA Caremaster SF, mobile one way industrial fume extractor designed for most types of industrial fume extraction.

The 1,1 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz 3-phase motor produces a fan capacity of 2,500 m3/hour with a low operating noise level of 75dB(A). The UK-based company claims a dust collection efficiency of around 99,9%, using class W3 filter when high-alloy steel with more than 30% nickel are involved.

It includes a large access door for easy filter changing and has both an audible and visual alarm when the filter needs to be changed. The extractor comes with a durable filter cassette and pre-filter unit with a large surface area fleece. It is BIA approved for use with most TEKA extraction arms up to 12 m long.

It is also available as a wall mounted version or as a two extraction arm model. Other features include a sealing face for the filter seal inserts, a running hours metre, four casters with 2 having brakes and a cable reel. The Caremaster weighs 128 kg and measures 665 mm x 681 mm x 995 mm
