ProLift acquires Advanced Riggers & Millwrights

ProLift Rigging purchased a a rigging and plant relocation company based in Riverside, CA.

ProLift Rigging has acquired Advanced Riggers & Millwrights (ARM), a rigging and plant relocation company based in Riverside, CA.

Former Advanced Riggers and Millwrights owner and CEO Jerry Hufman will continue to lead the team in serving customers across the western United States. 

“Our team is excited to be joining the ProLift Rigging group,” Huffman said. “We share the same strategic vision and purpose to help others. With our plant relocation experience, coupled with ProLift’s heavy lifting capabilities and national presence, we knew this would be a great combination. This is a win-win deal.”

The acquisition will add certified riggers; experienced sales, project management, dispatch and back office personnel; 60,000 square feet of warehouse space; and VersaLifts with up to 140k capacity. The ARM team, tools and facilities provide additional depth to ProLift’s project buffering capabilities, the company said.
