Established in 2006, the CE Barometer survey has become a widely watched indicator of sentiment in the European construction industry. With results published every month in Construction Europe magazine and on khl.com, the survey's clock provides a quick snapshot of sentiment, while in-depth articles offer more detailed analysis.

This animation shows how industry confidence has changed over the last two years. For those not familiar with the CE Barometer clock, the arrow indicates the point in the cycle suggested by the results, while the length of the arrow indicates the strength of the sentiment.

For more information, visit www.cebarometer.eu. You can also take part in the monthly survey from this page. The survey is open to any construction professional in Europe. It runs from 1st - 15th of each month, and comprises a short questionnaire that takes less than a minute to complete.
