The well-attended meeting, hosted by Genie, included presentations on key industry topics. James Akinson from Rouse shared strategies on improving rental yields, while Josh Wallman from Capja enlightened the audience on the advantages of utilizing QR codes. Clair Awty captivated the audience with her innovative marketing knowledge, and Martin Wraith and Richard Whiting from IPAF provided essential updates for the industry.

Genie provided insights into its innovative product roadmap, service and support and comprehensive training and finance options. The manufacturer also provided hands-on demonstrations featuring some of its latest models, including the GS-1432m and GS-4046 E-Drive scissor lifts, the S-60 FE hybrid boom lift, and the recently relaunched Z-45 J RT.

The meeting concluded with an interactive Q&A session, sparking lively discussions, according to organisers.

The event was capped off with a celebratory dinner, hosted by Genie, honoring the 25-year journey of Access Link. Access Link Chairman John Ball reminisced about his longstanding association with Genie, which began long ago when the manufacturers was a much smaller, family-run business. Genie, and many of the Access Link members present in the room were pioneering forces in the access industry, he noted. Special mention was given to Malcolm Bowers, one of the founders of Access Link, who was present as a distinguished guest at the event.
