UK-based tool hire and equipment rental company HSS Group has acquired All Seasons Hire in a deal worth £11.4 million (€15.8 million).

All Seasons supplies and installs temporary large-scale heating and cooling equipment for buildings such as schools and hospitals, as well as smaller air conditioning and heating equipment for offices.

Founded in 2006, it reported an operating profit of £1.3 million (€1.8 million) for the 12 months ending 31 March.

Chris Davies, CEO of HSS, said: “We have a longstanding and successful relationship with All Seasons as a supplier to our OneCall business.

“Its product range is highly complementary to our existing smaller-scale heating and air conditioning rental business and is a strong addition to our Specialist division.

“Large-scale temporary heating and cooling capabilities are particularly valuable for facilities management clients and this acquisition strengthens our position as a one of the major heating, ventilation and air conditioning rental companies in the UK.”
