Arjen Snijder from Teupen Maschinenbau GmbH, Germany, has been appointed in the role of sales director Europe (export). In his new role Mr Snijder will be responsible for managing the sales growth and strategic positioning of Teupen in Europe in the coming years.

Michael Vennemann will continue as sales manager for the German speaking countries, Germany Austria and Switzerland and Frank Stenton will remain responsible for the Middle East and Asia.

Mr Snijder, Mr Vennemann and Mr Stenton will report directly to Michael Wotschke, chief executive officer of Teupen.

Mr Snijder said, "With our excellent product programme, dedicated and innovative team and consistent cooperation with our partners I'm looking forward achieving challenging goals for the near future."

Mr Wotschke said, "Arjen has 12 years successful working experience in the access/rental industry. Furthermore, Arjen has gained trust from our customer base in the last years with Teupen, in good times and in bad times. His experience and customer focus make him an ideal candidate for such a role in one of our key markets."
