The Bauma exhibition in Munich is the biggest event in the construction industry's three year calendar. This year the German show has more than 2,800 exhibitors occupying 530,000 m2. More than 400,000 visitors are expected over the course of the week.

Crane and transport equipment comes in all shapes, sizes and types and you can expect to see them all at the world's largest construction equipment show. As you might expect, the major manufacturers are working all-out to use the exhibition to showcase new product.

Highlights will include: the world's biggest telescopic mobile crane, the 1,200 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1; the spectacular Grove GTK1100 telescopic tower type lifting machine; the range-topping 360 tonne capacity Tadano Faun ATF 360G-6 telescopic wheeled mobile crane; and Liebherr's 1,350 tonne capacity lattice boom crawler crane. Smaller companies are launching too - expect to see plenty of innovation.

Some exhibitors have said they will unveil surprise new products, including new tower and mobile cranes, during the show so be sure to look out for these.

Below is a comprehensive guide to the crane and transport equipment manufacturers and related companies exhibiting at the show.
