UK-based architect Allies and Morrison has won the competition to design three towers in London, UK for developer P&O Estates. Nicknamed the “Three Sisters”, the winning concept comprises two office buildings and a residential tower.

The site is currently occupied by Elizabeth House and is bounded by York Road and Waterloo Station, home to the EuroStar Cross Channel rail service. P&O Estates expects the development will contribute to Mayor Ken Livingstone's London Plan, which aims to spatially integrate London's 32 boroughs while creating jobs and affordable homes, by creating 15000 new jobs and 500 new homes in the Waterloo district.
