USA-based Columbus McKinnon Corporation has adapted its Yale Cable King electric wire rope hoist for shorter lead times.

The two new versions, named Quick Ship hoists, come in 5 US ton (4.5 tonne) and 10 US ton (9 tonne) configurations. They have been engineered for shorter lead times, while living up to the company's tough durability standards, said Columbus McKinnon. Lead time on the two Quick Ship hoists will be four to six weeks.

In addition to the two Quick Ship models, the Cable King hoist will also continue to provide fully customisable hoists with standard lead times.
