Countdown to the ERA Convention

Around 300 delegates are expected to attend this year’s European Rental Association Convention, taking place from 8 to 9 June in at the Hotel Clarion Sign Stockholm, Sweden.

This is the 11^th ERA Convention, and an opportunity for the ERA to celebrate its 10^th anniversary.

The topic of the Convention will be 'The next 10 years'. Around 300 participants are expected, mostly representatives of the European rental industry but also from throughout the global rental industry, including manufacturers and suppliers to the rental market.

A raft of senior figures are due to speak at the event, including Egbert de Jong, vice president of strategy and product development, asset management and remarketing at DLL, who will deliver a speech about the circular economy and business model opportunities.

Frank Nerenhausen, president at JLG Industries, will also give an address on merging technologies and potential applications. And Christina Lindbäck, Senior vice president of corporate sustainability at NCC, will give a presentation on rental expectations in construction.

Meanwhile, guest speaker, Kjell Nordström will give a lecture on Cities, Women and Machines - The Art of Making Money in the 21 Century, on 9 June.
