Five crane operators from Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, have been honoured by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association with SC&RA’s 2012 Crane Operator Safety Award.

The award was presented for their outstanding safety records after they completed 10,000 consecutive man-hours without a single recordable injury or illness.

Beth O’Quinn, SC&RA vice president, said, “Accumulating such a safety record is an impressive accomplishment and is deserving of industry recognition.”

Steve Freckmann, Dawes’ general manager, said, “We couldn’t be prouder of these men and their dedication to the safe operation of their machines. They are living the legacy of excellence that the All family of companies is known for.”
