UK-based Dragon Equipment will showcase its newest addition in its product range at the International Rental Exhibition (IRE), the PB1000 Power Barrow.

Launched in September last year, the PB1000 Power Barrow is said to be capable of safely lifting, carrying and tipping loads of up to 1000kg.

The machine, which uses the same all-terrain track base as other Dragon Equipment machines, comes with a weight of just under 650kg and three width options, which the company says enables easier transportation from site to site using a van, truck or trailer.

The steel bucket of the machine is described as durable and robust and in its lowest position the front is just 870mm from the ground, making loading by hand easier. When fully raised, the bucket can reach to 1,425mm and can “easily and safely tip full loads into a skip, dramatically reducing the labour involved in moving materials on site,” according to the company.

Also on its stand will be the CR300 Micro Crusher The CR300 Crusher is challenging the crusher industry with its size and capabilities. Equipped with abrasive resistant jaws and a crushing mechanism that crushes up to 6 tonnes of concrete an hour into reusable hardcore.

Similar to the PB1000, the crusher can be easily transported to sites thanks to its compact size and and weight of 780kg
