Polish pump rental specialist Drial said it had placed a “significant” order for BBA and Tsurumi pumps.

The order included BBA Pumps’ model PT-90 and PT-150 piston pumps for groundwater dewatering, and Tsurumi submersible pumps for drainage and sewage applications.

It said several units had already been supplied to meet Drial customers’ rental demand, while the majority of the order would be delivered in the first half of 2015.

It added that the BBA units came with a new generation drive-on engine package designed for longer service intervals as well as a full set of accessories including well-point sets, pipework and other ancillary equipment. The Tsurumi models would be equipped with cutter knives and agitators for rough applications.

Aivar Brock, founder and managing director of Drial, said, “BBA has unrivalled offer in piston pumps with a world renowned brand name, quality and fuel efficiency. We will pass this value over to our customers, creating best in class rental offer on the market.

“Tsurumi pumps are very robust, reliable and have low cost of ownership, which makes them ideal for rental fleet.”
