TCA Falcons are handed over to Muscat International Airport.

Five TCA Lift Falcon crawler mounted platforms have been put into operation at two of Oman’s busiest airports, Salalah Airport and Muscat International Airport.

Brian Falck Schmidt, sales manager at TCA Lift explained, “The Oman government’s initiative to develop tourism further in the country raised the need to improve and expand the airport’s capacity and facilities.

“In cooperation with our local representative we developed a plan for using our Falcon models for daily facility maintenance. To meet the increasing demand five Falcons with heights of 29 m - 42 m have been delivered to the two airports.”

Mr Schmidt said the Falcons were chosen thanks to their double jib for simultaneous up and over operation, low ground pressure and easy manoeuvrability.
