Adam Hailey, Genie Director of Product Management

Longtime Genie employees Chad Hislop and Adam Hailey have been named directors to lead Terex Aerial Work Platforms' teams. As director of product management, Hailey will lead the development and execution of strategic plans for new product development, as well as the positioning and lifecycle of existing Genie-branded products worldwide. Hislop, design engineering director, will oversee product improvement for all Genie-branded products worldwide.

Hailey has been with Genie since 2005 and has held roles in design engineering — product improvement and new product development before joining the product management group in 2012. Hailey participates in developing and supporting the long-term vision of Terex AWP, including new product road mapping and the identification of new technologies, markets and channels that will strengthen Genie as a leading global provider of aerial work platforms and telehandlers. Hailey holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University.

Hislop has been with Genie since 2001 and in his 15-year career with the company he has worked extensively in product management and engineering, including holding positions on the new product development and product improvement teams. He also has been an active participant in the company’s five-year vision and road map process activities. Hislop holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree and a Masters of Business Administration, with a focus on Technology Management, degree from the University of Washington.
