Haulottes boom with extra long jib

07 May 2008

A notable feature of the H28 TJ (HB86TJ+ in North America) boom launched at ConExpo by Haulotte is its extra long, telescoping jib which extends up to 6 m. Alexandre Saubot, speaking in Las Vegas at the show, said; “It's a very good compromise between the stick booms which are popular in the US and the European habit of flexibility, with the strong development of the articulated boom.” The H28TJ+ has an outreach of 23 m (75 ft 6 in) and the 2.44 m (8 ft) platform can lift up to 350 kg (770 lb).
