German rental company HKL has supplied 420 m2 of portable accommodation space to support a construction project in Saxony-Anhalt.

Sugar producer Südzucker was expanding its factory in Zeitz, and contractor Habau Hoch- und Tiefbaugesellschaft rented 28 portable accommodation containers from HKL to support the project.

HKL said 420 m2 of safe and comfortable building site accommodation was created in one day thanks to a well-organised approach. The HKL centre in Leipzig-Leutzsch coordinated the project, and on delivery to the site a loading crane hoisted the containers into the right position.

Volkmar Weber, manager of the HKL centre in Leipzig, said, "The mobile space systems from HKL are available in any quantity with different modules. Our service team ensures that equipment and construction of the system are precisely tailored to the needs of the customer.”
